Watercolor painting
António Teodósio was born in Mirandela, Northern Portugal, lived in Porto for several years and moved to Delft in the Netherlands, where he still lives and works.
He started drawing at a very young age. One day he received a small box of watercolor and two brushes, which marked the beginning of his passion for painting up until this day.
With the intention of learning more about painting techniques, he attended the Soares dos Reis High School of Art in Porto for five years. There he learned oil and watercolor techniques, as well as World Art History.
After graduating in architecture from the University of Portucalense, he continued to combine his passion for painting with his career as an architect. He also teaches watercolor techniques and gives workshops.
António Teodósio regularly exhibits in the Netherlands and other countries such as Italy, where he received the International Award of Art 2019 at the Biennale Internazional d'Arte dei Castelli Romani Nemi, Roma
