Sunday July 02 2023 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m
Time is a measure of the duration of events and changes in our universe. It is a dimension that allows us to remember the past, experience the present and plan for the future. Time is elusive and sometimes confusing, but it remains a fascinating subject that continues to challenge and inspire us.
In this exhibition, which in addition to 'time' contains a nod to the work of Johannes Vermeer, together with a number of artists from KIP (Kunst In Pijnacker) we give our view on the elusive dimension of time. The exhibition will exclusively contain new works.
We start Saturday July 1, 2023 at 11:00 am. The official opening will take place at 2 pm by Herman Weyers, director of the Vermeer Center in Delft. Afterwards you can admire some 80 works by us and our four guest artists with your drink in hand. The whole is supported by live music from versatile bass player Rama, a lecture on Johannes Vermeer by Roos van der Meijden and a sculpture demonstration by Ed van Hagen. If you want to attend the lecture, please fill in the form at the bottom of the page because of the limited number of places.
Guest Artists
For our exhibition 'Tijd' we asked four artists to exhibit their work with us. This makes the variation of the works of art and thus your visit to the exhibition even more interesting. Participating artists are:
Ben Jansen: benjansenimages.exto.nl
Inez Verhagen: lauraleonmosaics.com
Cobi de Jong: cobidejong.nl
Ed van Hagen: beeldhouweredvanhagen.nl
